摘要: INTRODUCTION. Study of physical development (PD) children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) includes mainly assessment body height and weight during corticosteroid (CS) therapy; specifics these criteria before after the treatment are not sufficiently studied. THE AIM: to study PD INS debut CS therapy upon its completion. PATIENTS AND METHODS. A retrospective analysis was performed in 89 patients Voronezh Regional Children's Clinical Hospital No.1 1998-2014 using method Z-score comparison regional standards. RESULTS. At 38.2% 41.2% accordingly were less than those healthy children, p<0.001. Children steroid-sensitive (SSNS) had no difference (0.17±1.06) completion (0.28±1.22), p=0.794. Body steroiddependent (SDNS) compared SSNS patients. values higher maximum doses (0.94±1.59) returned previous (-0.24±1.33), р=0,040. Patients a frequent relapsing SDNS overweight obesity remained prednisone (p=0.009). CONCLUSION. Physical has differences associated therapy. Since different from norms therapy, this could be influenced by genetic factors, which studied further. The results can used prognose influence on assess prognosis INS.
