摘要: The skin of rainbow trout was examined at the ultrastructural and cytochemical level after a 3–h exposure to an elevation water temperature, from 15 22° C. Within 3 h, thickness epidermis had significantly (P<0·05) decreased when compared control fish. After 24 h it restored, day 4 onwards even increased above levels. thickening associated with appearance many mitotic cells, not observed in apoptotic epidermal cells were found, indicating enhanced ageing cells. Filament outer layers synthesized vesicles peroxidasc activity within temperature elevation. This enzyme found also as well necrotic filament Mucous became elongated their mucosomes displayed peroxidase activity. Occasionally electrondense, probably serous, appeared. In rodlet found. Both epideimis dermis, invaded by lymphocytes macrophages. latter contained Pigment–containing cytoplasmic extensions melanocytes penetrated while iridocytes disappeared dermis. synthetic dermal fibroblasts stimulated. These results show that moderate has pronounced prolonged effects on exposed are high extent comparable those stressors such heavy metals, acid or wounding.
