摘要: Methamphetamine (MA) leads to multiple organs lesions and apoptosis. The aim of this study is investigate if endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) - initiated apoptosis involved in the chronic pulmonary injury induced by MA. In study, rats were divided into a control group, methamphetamine 5mg/kg group 10mg/kg group. This found that protein level GRP78 higher M10 than PERK signaling relevant factors also activated. Morphological measurements showed BAX CHOP accumulated alveolar epithelium walls with damaged number alveoli decreased. findings ERS pathway are activated eventually lead Severe mediated cells as well decreasing numbers alveoli.
