摘要: Norwegian national policies have been distinguished by their focus on equity, contributing to comprehensive reduce the social inequities in health (SIH). The newly adopted Public act, which aims at reducing SIH, endorses these acknowledgements while highlighting importance of municipalities as key actors public health. Municipal obligations include inter-sectoral for health, impact assessments (HIA), and development local overviews. Against background a system autonomy Norway, this article illuminates whether, how, municipal reflect priorities. Our data are based one qualitative study, combining document content analysis expert interviews conducted 2011, quantitative questionnaire sent chief administrative officers 2011. findings indicate divide between strategies.
