摘要: Mixtures of lifetime distributions occur when two different causes failure are present, each with the same parametric form distributions. This paper is considered mixture model exponentiated Rayleigh and exponential The author's objectives finding statistical properties estimating parameters by using point estimation interval methods. First, some graphs density function discussed. Next, maximum likelihood method used for scale shape model. Estimating studied under complete type II censored samples sample sizes. Asymptotic Fisher information matrix estimators founded asymptotic variances estimates derived. Based on estimates, obtained. Some equations in this solved numerical iteration such as Newton Raphson Mathematica 7.0. performance findings showed demonstrating illustrations through Monte Carlo simulation study based absolute relative bias mean square error.
