摘要: Therapeutic cancer vaccines (or active immunotherapy) aim to guide the patient’s personal immune system eradicate cells. An exciting approach has been offered by nanoscale drug delivery systems containing tumor associated antigens (TAAs). Their capacity stimulate suggested during late years. However, role of macrophages as key-elements in antigen-presentation process following TAAs-containing nanosystems is not completely understood. We aimed evaluate effect gold nanoparticles functionalized with mucin-1 peptide (MUC-1) on murine peritoneal macrophages. Gold nanoparticles, obtained using a modified Turkevich method, were MUC-1 protein Clealand’s reagent. The GNP-MUC-1 solution was used treat at various concentrations monolayers peritoneum-derived that further analyzed confocal and hyperspectral microscopy, ELISA assays spectroscopic techniques. nano-construct had proven function powerful macrophage activator consequent release cytokines such as: TNF-ɑ, IL-6, IL-10 IL-12 we have isolated from mice. Our results demonstrate optimization antigen-presenting predominant M1 polarization exposure GNP-MUC-1. To our best knowledge this first study anticancer effects newly designed nano-biocompound complex antigen– processing apparatus
