摘要: The inherent totipotency of plant cells is manifest in their unique capacity to redifferentiate vitro. Apparent departures from the basic sequence this vitro behaviour can be attributed modulations, or even total blockage, genome expression intervening before crucial steps dedifferentiation redifferentiation a callus. Irreversible differentiation would imply partial loss, either brusque progressive, genome. It conceivable that such loss occurs at outset those explants which seem condemned never feature any development all.
