摘要: Participants in work-site health promotion programs are compared with other employees at the same terms of care utilization as measured by insurance claims. tended to incur higher costs than nonparticipants for six-month period after program began. However, a cohort analysis one groups shows that participants' declined relation nonparticipants' subsequent periods. Overall, 4.75 years program, participants averaged 24% lower nonparticipants. The imputed savings exceeds this factor 1.45. findings substantially strengthen conclusions controlled studies reduces costs.
