摘要: Abstract Yb 1− x Y CuAl with = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 0.99 and 1.0 Gd 0.01 samples were prepared by the methods known to produce perfectly ordered, single phase YbCuAl. The susceptibility between helium room temperatures magnetization at helim temperature in fields up 34 T measured for whole series. results are consistent a single-ion description of intermediate-valence state: substitution leads proportional reduction magnetization, without loss characteristic features, gives an additive Curie-Weiss contribution any sign giant-moment formation.
