摘要: New luminescent thermally stable lanthanide-organic complexes, namely europium tris(4-methoxy benzoylbenzoate), Eu(MeOBB)3, and terbium Tb(MeOBB)3, were synthesized characterized. The UV absorption bands in these compounds are attributed to the ligand while emission originates from lanthanide ions’ electronic transitions. quantum efficiency of photoluminescence, Φ, measured 5×10−4 M methylene chloride solutions is relatively large both compounds: Φ=0.27 for Tb(MeOBB)3 Φ=0.16 Eu(MeOBB)3. narrow-band electroluminescence complexes studied by fabricating characterizing single- multi-layer organic light emitting diodes. Energy transfer between components devices also discussed.
