摘要: Abstract This study makes use of an energy balance to identify damping parameters in mechanical vibration systems. By balancing the input as registered force–displacement relationship real system against lost theoretically a model with unknown parameters, identification algorithms are developed. We apply estimation equations both numerical and experimental systems, modeled Coulomb plus viscous damping, at resonance show effectiveness reliability new method. The equivalent dry-friction estimates obtained from compared those forced-resonance method their consistencies.
