摘要: The carding of the Lyocell cellulose fiber was done with a cylindrical cross lap machine supplied by Cormatex Prato, Italy. Several mats were made and needle punching in order to have compact well entangled mat suitable for reinforcement. speed machine, frequency punching, number times goes through feeding rate carded depth penetration determined level entanglement which ultimately increased mechanical properties fiber. good it renewable environmentally friendly alternative as reinforcement composite manufacturing. Compared other jute reinforced composites, resulting composites found be better. Regenerated (Lyocell) comparable those natural fibers.
