Validez y fiabilidad del cuestionario de función familiar Apgar-familiar

摘要: Objective The aim of this study is to analyse the validity and reliability Apgar family questionnaire on function. Design A crossover descriptive study. Setting Urban health centre. Patients 656 patients Zaidin-Sur centre in Granada were interviewed at home. was repeated an average 6 days later 60 (30 with interviewer 30 filling their own). Item-scale varied between 0.61 0.71. Crombach's alpha 0.84 none items, when taken out scale, increased alpha. factorial analysis isolated only one factor. 16% sample had dysfunctional Apgar-family: score 8.4. After adjustment (multiple logistic regression), following significantly linked dysfunction: lack social support; being widowed or separated/divorced; greater perception susceptibility to, seriousness of, illness; over-user service; a woman. Conclusions function valid reliable.
