摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) in measuring radicular dentin thickness focused on intraradicular post placement planning treatment. Ten single-rooted human premolars were selected. teeth divided into three segments (cervical, middle and apical). coronal face apical sections selected for assessment; which measured from external root surface canal wall, buccal, lingual, mesial, distal surfaces each tooth. In situ anatomical measurement reference standard, corresponding axial CBCT imaging evaluated by i-CAT software. one-way ANOVA test Bonferroni hoc applied compare groups (p>0.05). measurements (p=0.003) overestimated compared standard. Descriptive analysis showed that greatest difference between standard tomographic means 0.20 mm. One-way found statistical significant among group's measurements. correction demonstrated statistically only related lingual thickness. However, clinically acceptable.
