摘要: Key words: Bioassays, germination index, compost.ABSTRACTThe maturity of compost can be determined using sensitive species to phytotoxic metabolites by bioassays. In order obtain a stabilized and non-phytotoxic product, the compounds must biodegraded or immobilized during phase composting. this study sensitivity lettuce (Lactuca sativa, var. Four Seasons) radish (Raphanus sativus, Cherry Bell) seeds extracts from composted agroindustrial residues was evaluated.E The were obtained mixing with distilled water in ratio 1:5. evaluated instantaneous coffee (C), mixture fresh fruit (C+F) wine broiler manure (V+G). relative rates (PGR), growth radicle (CRR) index (IG) for both species. results showed that more than lettuce.
