摘要: The Collier-Dollar approach to aid allocation has been less than fully embraced by donors - even those focused on poverty reduction and come into conflict with a different based the Millennium Development Goals. These two approaches are shown be special cases of more general model optimal allocation, in which care about future as well current poverty. is illustratively applied data for developing regions. Adding decline adjustment formulae now used agencies would make these efficient acceptable.
