摘要: This paper presents a cohesive summary of existing emergency response systems. We investigate and integrate principles, theories, practices from four diverse, yet related, fields knowledge with respect to information representation decision support capability requirements for planning (EPR) enables the cooperation between constituent agencies (e.g., fire, police medical) surrounding municipalities which operate using assorted protocols, system architectures, networking strategies along different levels data security needs. Based upon our investigation, we have built service architectural framework providing disseminating an integrated platform capable being used as intelligent interconnects distributed EPR Such can affordable integration all sizes, in particular smaller that often cannot afford costly off-the-shelf software solutions consisting proprietary logic requiring extensive customization cost. also present prototype web based implementation summarize limitations such approach. Index: Emergency system, response, management, support, service. I. INTRODUCTION
