摘要: This paper presents a cohesive summary of existing emergency response systems. We investigate and integrate principles, theories, practices from four diverse, yet related, fields knowledge with respect to information representation decision support capability requirements for planning (EPR) enables the cooperation between constituent agencies (e.g., fire, police medical) surrounding municipalities which operate using assorted protocols, system architectures, networking strategies along different levels data security needs.
