摘要: Abstract In this paper it is argued that even though communication technologies release distance students considerably from their dependency on a campus, are still very much connected to places in daily lives. These connections constituted through the “placing” of technology, students’ relations people lives and education institution. Communication technology not only releases spatial dimensions; also attaches them specific places. It use can reduce flexibility if they do have attend campus regularly. The empirical analysis presented based case study Master’s degree programme Public Management offered by Open University Indonesia (Universitas Terbuka).
