摘要: Compositions and methods for the treatment diagnosis of diseases or disorders amenable to through modulation Activating Protein 1 (AP-1) expression are provided. In accordance with various embodiments present invention, oligonucleotides provided which specifically hybridizable c-fos c-jun, genes encoding c-Fos c-Jun, respectively. a preferred embodiment, method modulating metastasis malignant tumors via one more AP-1 subunits is provided; this can be effected using invention any other agent modulates AP-1-mediated transcription.
