摘要: Adhesion Sciences have known an important development during the course of last few years. In part, this is result appearance suitable analytical and characterization techniques allowing (a) a better understanding interfacial phenomena, (b) greater knowledge role surface treatments chemical nature adherend surfaces, (c) effects agressive environments (d) precision in identification delamination modes assemblies under test or working conditions. The present paper:―describes some examples industrial multimaterials which metal/polymer, glass ceramic/polymer polymer/polymer interfaces are present―provides metallic polymeric substrates details their role,―shows interest possibilities various techniques. context, emphasis particularly placed on information obtained from, one hand basic analysis methods (x-ray photoelectron, Auger electron, secondary ion mass scattering spectrometries) and, other hand, non usually used field fluorescence, low-energy electron induced x-ray glow discharge optical spectrometries),―brings forth performances microscopic observation (scanning microscopy transmission microscopy) associated microanalytical microstructural emission electron-energy loss spectrometries, micro even nano-diffraction),―also shows usefulness more conventional such as infrared spectrometry order to obtain certain types not provided by indicated above
