Anticipatory control in the initiation of a single step under biomechanical constraints in humans

摘要: It is generally known that both the duration and amplitude parameters of anticipatory postural adjustments (APA) in sagittal plane co-vary with progression velocity step or gait initiation. The purpose this study to elucidate how and/or APA are associated performance initiation a single forward cases where displacement center body mass strictly regulated. Seven male subjects performed at two speeds (as fast as possible, F; normal speed, N). amplitudes F condition showed significantly higher values than those N, while durations no significant difference between N conditions under biomechanical constraints. present results suggest central nervous system might scale according intended initiation, respectively.
