摘要: This invention relates to a method of manufacturing an organic-inorganic composite hybrid adsorbent by impregnating activated carbon nanopores with oxide and water treatment using the same, particularly, including porous ferrihydrite, goethite, hematite or magnetite incorporated into adsorbent, thereof.
