摘要: The present stress in the turbine rotor is estimated at each control period, from steam temperature and pressure inlet. In addition, future inlet or preestimated once every n T cycles, for a given speed load changing rate, making use of data concerning rate relation with change load, which has been obtained by learning past operating condition.
