摘要: In the present study, we cloned full-length cDNAs of FOXL2, Cyp19a1a and Cyp19a1b analyzed their expression patterns during gonadal development in spotted scat, Scatophagus argus. All three genes were expressed ovaries testes but showed sexual dimorphism. At early stages development, FOXL2 was higher than testes. deceased gradually as continued, reached lowest level at mature stage. coordinately with except vitellogenic stage ovary. The mainly localized granulosa cells ovaries. S. argus testes, strong gene observed interstitial including tubules Leydig cells, while Sertoli throughout gametogenesis. These results show that plays an essential role imply it may regulate
