摘要: The authors have studied the chromatographic behavior of parenteral preparations for pediatric use containing inorganic cations. After separation and identification by thin-layer chromatography, Mn(2+), Zn(2+), Cu(2+) were analyzed a method based on reaction with an appropriate reagent extraction organic solvent which yielded elution preconcentration, resulting in solution colorimetric quantitation. Cr(3+) cation was determined atomic absorption spectrophotometry after separation, using microcrystalline cellulose (adsorbent) acetone:water:hydrochloric acid mixture (80:5:8) as mobile phase.
