摘要: A simple detailed Monte Carlo procedure, based on the continuous slowing down approximation together with Wentzel model of atom, is shown to give results in good agreement experiment and more involved calculations. Energy straggling reproduced by means Lenz inelastic cross-section distribution energy losses found classical theory binary collisions.
