摘要: Anodic aluminum oxide was formed by employing mild and hard anodizing in sulfuric acid followed oxalic without removal in-between at 40 45 V. Such multi-step anodizing, combining with allowed to form a highly-ordered nanoporous template barrier layer the pore bottoms thin enough for further processing. Four different conditions of electrochemical thinning, varied voltage steps their time durations, were investigated. Optimized provide conductivity made templates suitable electrodeposition. It found that most effective thinning approach employs Un + 1 = 0.75·Un each step (n) being 10 s long. To check applicability templates, copper electrodeposition from sulfate-borate bath done. Copper nanowires average length about 14–16 μm diameter 35–40 nm obtained using through-hole AAO templates.
