摘要: Angiography and phlebography have traditionally served as the definitive means, respectively, for evaluating disorders of arteries veins. Noninvasive techniques assessing physiological parameters pressure flow, however, become critically important in evaluation treatment vascular disease. The objectives modern noninvasive testing patients with disease are to confirm presence disease, provide quantitative, reproducible, physiologic data concerning severity, finally, document location hemodynamic importance lesions. Two broad categories include Doppler ultrasonography plethysmography, each various forms. Each modality has advantages, disadvantages, limitations. Understanding both is required optimal cost-effective use laboratory diagnosis arterial venous disorders.
