Synthesis of Pyrazolines Promoted by Amberlyst-15 Catalyst.

摘要: The condensation of a series aromatic ketones with aldehydes under aldol conditions affords 1-aryl-3-(substituted-phenyl/phenyl furanyl/thienyl)-2-propen-1-ones 1. resulting propenones undergo facile and clean cyclization hydrazine substituted derivatives to yield 3-aryl-5-(substitutedphenyl/phenylfuranyl/thienyl)-2-pyrazolines 2. This reaction is carried out in the presence Amberlyst-15 catalyst afford above pyrazolines 2 considerably good yield. All synthesized compounds have been characterized by spectral studies.
