摘要: The invention discloses a bismuth zirconate manganate-bismuth scandate-lead titanate piezoelectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof. general chemical formula of the piezoelectricceramic is xBi(Mn Zr )O (1-x-y)BiScO PbTiO , wherein x equal to 0.02-0.06 y 0.62-0.67; metal oxides and/or carbonates proportioned in stoichiometricratio are adopted as raw material, can be prepared by adopting traditional solid-phase reaction method. According invention, manganate Bi(Mn1/3Zr1/2)O3 with perovskite structure introduced third element; composite form ternary system solid solution, such that dielectric loss tan delta substantially reduced, further has characteristics high Curie temperature excellent property, significant advantages high-frequency high-voltage driving or acoustic transducer sensor application. Meanwhile, process simple stable, low sintering beneficial multilayer co-fired element cost saving, suitable for large-scale industrial production practical application value wide prospects.
