摘要: A derivatization technique has been developed for the combined determination of hydrogen peroxide and some organic hydroperoxides in precipitation samples. fluorescent dimer is formed via reaction peroxides with p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid horseradish peroxidase. The resulting stable a minimum 5 days, eliminating difficulties caused by decomposition stored detection limit 3 x 10/sup -8/ M, based on times standard deviation blank. 6 references, 1 figure, tables.
