摘要: This study presents a new suction-type microfluidic system capable of rapid measurement alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) by utilizing magnetic bead-based technologies. Two modules, including incubator for the beads to capture AFP and acridinium ester (AE)-labeled anti-AFP antibodies control module sample transportation, were integrated into this system. With incorporation AFP-specific aptamer-conjugated beads, target could be recognized attracted onto surface from clinical sample. The entire process two-step incubation purification automatically performed within 25 min, which is only about 20% time required when using benchtop machine (for 130 min). Besides, total reagent volume consumed 105 μL, significantly less than that in large (410 μL). More importantly, experimental results showed human serum samples can also accurately analyzed. may promising point-of-care applications detection future.
