摘要: Lactate concentration, fibrinogen and fibrin(ogen) -- degradation-products in central venous blood were analysed 35 unconscious patient with acute hypnotic drug poisoning (HDP) compared the results 13 healthy control persons undergoing same degree of forced diuresis via catheters. Blood samples taken on admission at 12 h intervals up to 36 after admission. Patients HDP attributed categories moderate intoxications (n = 17) severe 18) according their clinical condition. On admission, lactate was significantly higher intoxication (3.90 +/- 2.94 mmol/l) as group (1.25 0.17 mmol/l). less elevated (2.74 1.22 Thirty-six hours completely normalised patients (1.19 0.69 but still severely poisoned (2.26 1.48 concentration above normal 15 out 17 18 poisoning. A statistically significant linear correlation existed between duration unconsciousness maximal within hrs For concentrations differences observed neither groups nor across time. Titers FDP 9 11 a all poisoning, indicating low rate DIC. Hyperlactatemia is frequent finding estimations may improve evaluation severity efficacy therapeutic interventions.
