摘要: MicroRNA398 targets two Cu/Zn superoxide dismutases (CSD1 and CSD2) in higher plants. Previous investigations revealed both decreased miR398 expression during high Cu2+ or paraquat stress increased under low sucrose the growth medium. Here, we show that additional abiotic stresses such as ozone salinity also affect levels. Ozone fumigation levels were gradually restored to normal after relieved from stress. Furthermore, Arabidopsis leaves infiltrated with avirulent strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato, Pst DC3000 (avrRpm1 avrRpt2) but not virulent strain DC3000. To our knowledge, is first miRNA shown be down-regulated response biotic (P. syringae). CSD1, CSD2, mRNA negatively correlated ozone, stress, suggesting CSD2 regulation strictly control diverse stresses. Overall, this study further establishes a link between oxidative Arabidopsis.
