摘要: Abstract The products and microwave dielectric properties of ceramics with nominal composition (Ba 0.9 Ca 0.1 )(Y x B ′ 1/2 )O (3 +4.5)/2 ( ′=Nb 5+ , Ta ) are investigated. When =0.5, i.e. 3 B′ =Nb ), the product contains a considerable amount Y 2 O as well main perovskite phase. =0.3 is single phase, equivalent to Ba(Ca 1/9 3/9 Nb 5/9 or . lattice parameters these new compounds smaller than those Ba(Y relative permittivities e r larger ). increase in Nb-system about 4 times that Ta-system.
