摘要: Abstract A new ultrafiltration (UF) composite membrane was developed during this investigation, based on a ceramic support that ensures high mechanical strength and low resistance to fluid passage. Microfiltration (MF) supports were made by uniaxial pressing of bentonite powder micronized phosphate. Changes in morphology, shrinkage, porosity the moldings monitored as function applied thermal cycles order obtain optimal treatment conditions. Optimal conditions sintered 30% phosphate at 950 °C leading 34.06% good (14.6 MPa approx.). The resulting used develop TiO2 UF utilizing spin-coating technique. Visual inspection 800 °C under scanning electron microscope showed deposited layer homogeneous free structural defects. pore diameters determined be approximately 72 nm. Finally membranes tested filtration Direct Red 80 solution.
