摘要: BACKGROUND: This study investigates the association of family occupational category (F-OC) with adolescent alcohol use and its potential variation according to frequency use. METHODS: A national survey representative adolescents aged 17 living in continental France conducted 2005 (n=29,393). Three outcomes were considered: overall describes drinking status (lifetime abstinence, before month prior survey, survey) without considering use; last binge detail (1-5 uses, 6-9, 10-19 20+ uses) (0, 1-2, 3-5, 6+ episodes 5+ glasses a single occasion) previous users. F-OC was described 7 categories based on highest parents (from managers/professionals unemployed). Analysis used generalised logistic regressions, controlling for gender, F-OC, parental separation, autonomy, other substance use, being out school sociability. RESULTS: There double gradient: from high families more often experimenters drinkers during whereas those low drinkers. Adolescents farmers' most at risk frequent month. Interactions tests show that effect not significantly related gender. CONCLUSIONS: Except adolescents' patterns reflect observed adult population. Mechanisms favour hinder progression should be studied various socioeconomic groups.
