摘要: Appropriate warming of the periocular or posterior cervical skin has been reported to induce autonomic mental relaxation in humans. To clarify effects cutaneous on human sleep, eight male subjects with mild sleep difficulties were asked try three experimental conditions at home, each lasting for 5 days, a cross-over manner: device 10 min before habitual bedtime, 30 min and no treatment as control. The had heat- steam-generating sheet that allowed 40 °C through chemical reaction iron. Electroencephalograms (EEGs) recorded during nocturnal using an ambulatory EEG subjected spectral analysis. All participants their status visual analog scale. We found significantly improved subjective relative delta power density first 90 min episode was increased under both These results suggest appropriate regions may have favorable objective quality.
