摘要: Impaired metabolism of high density lipoprotein in uremic patients. We measured lipoproteins, apolipoproteins, lipase (LPL), hepatic triglyceride (HTGL), lecithin: cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) and parameters calcium to evaluate the roles these enzymes hypertriglyceridemia for impaired high-density (HDL) chronic renal failure, examine impact altered homeostasis on lipoprotein-regulating enzymes. The subjects were 25 healthy volunteers 66 patients, 24 treated with hemodialysis (HD) 42 continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Lipoprotein analysis revealed: (1) reduction HDL especially 2 subfraction; (2) increase triglyceride; (3) decreased ratio 3 both HD CAPD Simple regression showed: a positive correlation between VLDL triglyceride/cholesterol HDL; correlations LPL level post-heparin plasma concentrations , total HDL, apolipoproteins A-I A-II; inverse HTGL cholesterol/HDL cholesterol. Multiple indicated association triglyceride. Four variables including LPL, HTGL, LCAT explained 51.5% variation was associated positively negatively model. inversely Stepwise multiple that independent predictors gender, parathyroid hormone levels by mid-portion assay, ionized age, those age. These results suggest elevated alterations enzyme contributed deranged changes homeostasis.
