摘要: The expression of several growth factors and K-ras gene mutation in bile were studied to better understand the pathogenesis improve early diagnosis duct cancers. Bile samples collected from 12 cholangiocarcinomas (CLC), 10 ampullary cancers (APC), 3 gallbladder (GBC), 7 pancreatic (PNC), 9 biliary tract infection (BTI), 8 stone disease (ST), 5 normal controls (NC). highest mean value TGF-β was patients with BTI; levels bFGF PDGF CLC, APC CLC had higher HER2/Neu than other groups. In bile, a codon found 6 (83%) cases by PCR-RFLP method. results suggest overexpression bFGF, PDGF, presence are important for carcinogenesis cancers, detection above abnormalities is helpful diagnosis.
