摘要: In order to increase energy security, production of renewable energies has been highly promoted by governments around the world in recent years. The typical base various policy instruments used for this purpose is gross output energy. However, we show that basing on will result problems associated with waste, economic inefficiency, and negative environmental effects. We recommend using net as apply price or quantity measures because it output, not which contributes security. promotion does guarantee a positive amount output. By security can be enhanced above mentioned avoided.
