摘要: Wireless infrared transmission systems for indoor use are affected by noise and interference induced natural artificial ambient light. This paper presents a characterisation (through extensive measurements) of the produced light proposes simple model to describe it. These measurements show that can introduce significant in-band components operating at bit rates up several Mbit/s. Therefore it is essential include as part optical wireless channel. The fluorescent lamps driven solid state ballasts produce wider band interfering signals, then expected be more important source degradation in systems.
