摘要: Atherosclerotic disease comprises four major areas: coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular peripheral arterial and aortic aneurysm. Investigators have mainly focused on using stiffness central hemodynamics indices for primary prevention prediction of risk in patients without cardiovascular disease. Their role these is constantly evolving, some cases such as hypertensives diabetics, their clinical significance has been corroborated by recent guidelines recommendations. Despite the overwhelming data predictive prevention, secondary prognostic studies are lacking. Especially, patients, including with vasculogenic erectile dysfunction or aneurysm, Marfan syndrome, coarctation aorta, emerge mostly from cross-sectional studies. Respectively, most prospective not used endpoints an exclusive outcome but preferably a part composite endpoint. This chapter will focus link between events organ damage other diseases diseases.
