摘要: Activated sludge is the most commonly used process to treat sewage and industrial waste water by micro organisms. The activated system depends on activities of microbial communities present in sludge. However, exact knowledge community structure treatment plants limited. In this study, bacterial diversity was investigated two using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) PCRamplified 16S ribosomal DNA fragments. Dominant bands from DGGE profiles were excised subjected sequencing identify dominant genotypes. Sequence analysis gave insights into identities predominant populations present. results indicated diversity, revealing that bacteria Bramhapuri plant Acinetobacter sp. whereas Pratapnagar (Delawas) Alpha-proteobacteria. Futhermore, cluster significant depicting distinct clusters for each plant. These data endorse ability PCR-DGGE method characterize
