Agricultural countermeasures in nuclear emergency management: a stakeholders' survey for multi-criteria model development

摘要: In order to accommodate the use of multi-criteria decision-aid tools for nuclear crisis management in Belgian context, a stakeholder process was carried out, aiming add stakeholders' values and practical knowledge models developed decision support. The main steps are described this paper, following case study concerning contaminated milk. We argue favour systematic interaction with relevant stakeholders all phases analysis. Some difficulties arising from complexity problem itself, as well different points view illustrated discussed. Suggestions given resolving framework an example is provided throughout paper better understanding issues involved.
