Profiles of Service Users with Severe Mental Disorders Based on Adequacy of Help.

摘要: This study has for aims to develop a typology describing adequacy of help based on socio-demographic, clinical and service utilization variables 204 users with severe mental disorders treated in the community. Study participants were recruited an urban area Quebec (Canada). Adequacy was assessed Montreal Assessment Needs Questionnaire. A cluster analysis identified five profiles users. was mainly related continuity care, given by services, seriousness needs and, some extent, quality life (QOL). highest among Class 3 participants, described as older individuals mood disorders, who lived autonomous housing enjoyed good QOL. They received substantial from both relatives services. lowest 5, which included affected co-occurring but also autonomously. Health more strongly this sample than socio-demographic factors tested.
