摘要: PURPOSE:To simplify and economize an optical module by providing plural interference film filters at desired tilt angles between a photosemiconductor element fiber on the side with spacer glass arranging another axis of reflection filters. CONSTITUTION:A light signal wavelength lambda3 propagated in 12-2 for transmission as shown arrow 14 passes through rod lens 35 to enter 16, wherein becomes nearly parallel light; is converged photodetection surface semiconductor photodetecting 24 23-1 after passing filter 19, 17, 21, 18, so that converted photoelectrically. A lambda1 which emitted emitting 25 23-3 into light, incident 20 angle theta1. The 19 reflected direction about 2theta1 35; 13. Consequently, small-sized, simple, low-cost multiplexer/demultiplexer obtained.
