摘要: Among the living organisms, microscopic fungi are unique in their ability to occupy diverse ecological niches due evolutionarily formed mechanisms of adaptation a broad range climatic and technogenic factors. One approach understanding changing environmental conditions is associated with lipid metabolism. The review provides critical analysis publications our own experimental data on variability micromycete lipids under influence stress factors possible related adaptive mechanisms. functional, structural, quantitative changes fungal were analyzed osmotic, thermal, cold influences, as well toxicity. Biochemical variations composition phospholipids other membrane characterized ambiguous, depending degree exposure, initial composition, genetic resistance fungi, adapt extreme conditions. role metabolism overall integral response cells discussed.
