摘要: Abstract Objective: Limited data on patients undergoing Roux-en-Y gastric by pass surgery (RY-GBP) suggest that an improvement in insulin secretion after occurs rapidly thus may not be wholly accounted for weight loss. We hypothesized obese with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) the impaired levels and effect of incretins changed as a consequence RY-GBP. Research Design Methods: Incretin (GIP GLP-1) their were measured before 1 month RY-GBP eight women T2DM seven non-diabetic controls. The incretin was difference (area under curve, AUC) response to oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) isoglycemic IV (isoG IVGT). Results: Fasting stimulated GLP-1 GIP different between Controls Patients surgery. One RY-GBP, body decreased 9.2±7.0 kg, glucose-stimulated (AUC) peak increased significantly 4368±1418 pM.L -1 .min (p Conclusions: These early greater release could potential mediators improved secretion.
