摘要: Abstract The knowledge of thermophysical properties liquid Co-Si alloys is a key requirement for manufacturing composite materials by infiltration method. Despite this need, the experimental and predicted property data system are scarce often inconsistent between various sources. In present work mixing behaviour melts has been analysed through study concentration dependence thermodynamic, surface (surface tension composition) structural (concentration fluctuations in long-wavelength limit chemical short-range order parameter) framework Compound Formation Model (CFM) Quasi Chemical Approximation regular solutions (QCA). addition, Co22·5Si77.5 (in at%) eutectic alloy, that proposed to be used as infiltrant, measured pendant drop method at temperatures ranging from 1593 1773 K. results obtained were discussed with respect both, temperature concentration, subsequently compared model predictions literature data.
